PGM provides consultancy services such as management, operations, design and construction to number of international resorts and golf courses and has worked on more than a dozen international projects in Australia, China, Tahiti, Fiji, Vanuatu and New Zealand.

Pacific Golf has over 30 years experience in golf course management and operations. In 1983 Richard entered the corporate market and purchased Auckland’s first golf driving range at Panmure.  In 1986 he took over the management contract at Takapuna Golf Club, one of Auckland’s leading public golf courses. 

In 1990 Richard established Pacific Golf Management Ltd (PGM) and took 50% ownership of the Takapuna golf course. The course was redesigned including the construction of a new clubhouse and driving range. 

Pacific Golf Management is involved in the ownership, management and operation of golf courses, golf driving ranges and some of New Zealand’s leading international golf resorts such as the Gulf Harbour Country Club from pre opening in 1996 until 2004.

Pacific Golf Management’s latest project is the management of Lakes Resort Golf & Country Club in the seaside resort town of Pauanui, an 18-hole international golf course incorporating 130 residential sections 51 villas, 70 terraced apartments and a to be built 240 room hotel and conference facilities.
